The majority of the program focuses on awareness, behaviour, and practical decision-making.
Most participants spend 30–60 minutes per week engaging with the module and exercises outside of the live calls. The live calls are roughly 60 minutes long.
Some practices are short daily check-ins that take only a few minutes.
The program is designed to integrate into a busy professional life rather than add hours of additional work.

Every two weeks there will be a facilitation and live Q&A session where participants can ask questions, share observations from the exercises, and receive guidance on the material.

The focus of these sessions is practical application rather than long coaching calls.
Between sessions, participants continue working through the exercises and reflection prompts.
