How is this different from standard leadership training?

Most leadership training teaches theory. You leave with frameworks and ideas. This workshop teaches methodology by working on your actual live business cases. How does the "body" part work in a corporate setting? Isn't that too soft?

The body is not soft. It's strategic. The body reads signals the mind cannot access—about alignment, energy, feasibility, and direction. When your team learns to recognise and work with those signals, the decisions they make are not only more grounded, they reach outcomes the mind alone could never have planned. This is about tapping into your team's intelligence. The body is where that intelligence lives.

What if my team is skeptical about this?

Most teams are. That's why Maria and Liana come with corporate credibility. Maria has 15+ years in senior leadership in banking and regulated industries. She speaks corporate language. The methodology is grounded, not mystical. By the end of the first two hours, skepticism typically turns into curiosity. How many people should attend?

The optimal group is 5-15 people. Larger than 15 and the intimacy of working on live decisions gets diluted. We can facilitate larger groups, but we'd recommend breaking into two sessions.

Can we do this virtually or does it need to be on-site?

On-site creates more presence and connection, which deepens the work. We have virtual, individual programs available for staff but they don't directly solve the issues we solve in the on-site.

What if we don't have a "live decision" to work on right now?

Almost every team does. It might be a strategic direction question. A structure change. A resource allocation. A people decision. A market entry. A priority conflict. If you can't immediately name one, the pre-workshop diagnostic interview will surface it. And if by some chance your team has no decisions to work on, you probably don't need this workshop.

How long will decisions made in this workshop actually stick?

Decisions made from embodied clarity are owned by the whole team because they felt them, not just argued about them. The follow-up integration session two weeks later reinforces the shift. What's the difference between the one-day workshop and the 3-month embedded support?

The one-day workshop gives your team the methodology and works on immediate live decisions. The 3-month package is for teams ready to make embodied decision-making their operating system—not just a one-time event. It includes monthly group calls, ongoing coaching on real decisions as they emerge, and cultural integration so the shift persists.

Does everyone need to "buy in" to this for it to work?

How is this different from hiring a strategy consultant?
