How it works:
A 12-week container combining teaching, somatic practices, real-time coaching, and community support. Each week you'll work with your nervous system, human design and body blueprint to recognise when you're overriding yourself, and practice responding from internal clarity instead. By week 12, you'll have the tools and embodied confidence to make aligned decisions even when pressure increases.

Join a 6-month community sanctuary where you show up as you are and dive deeper with 10 women who understand.

What you get:

  • Monthly 2-hour gatherings with Maria and Liana exploring human design, body wisdom, divination, and energy

  • 4 weekly practices and reflections each month designed to deepen your connection to yourself and the theme

How it works: Once a month, you gather with the community on Zoom for 2 hours of authentic conversation, exploration, and connection. Between calls, you engage with weekly practices that deepen the month's theme (which you will get to vote on). Themes include divination, tarot, masculine and feminine, energy work, trauma, and many more. In the community space, you're supported by women doing the same work, introducing yourself, sharing insights, and building real relationships. Over 6 months, you learn what it feels like to truly belong.

14 DAY; RELEASE. RESET. REWIRE.

Release. Reflect. Rewire. is a 14-day transformation that releases the tension in your nervous system, helps you understand why it's there, and builds new neural pathways so you become the best version of yourself. The specific practices (15-20 minutes) take you through Release → Reflect → Rewire, moving you from stuck in loops to empowered.

You get guided release sequences, reflective practices, embodiment exercises, a daily tracking journal, and lifetime access to all audio guides, and workbook materials. This isn't meditation or another wellness trend, it's a systematic reset that rewires how your nervous system responds. Repeat the cycle whenever you need it.
